Years ago, that might have been true, but with today’s advanced technology and anesthetics, you’ll feel no more discomfort than you would during a routine filling. Some soreness after the treatment is not uncommon and can usually be managed with over-the-counter pain medications.

Typically, no time off is required. The procedure is usually performed in the midst of your daily schedule. You can go to the gym, run, jog, or perform any routine you typically do
